Unable to properly edit PDF when converted from Word

Hi,

I am having problems editing a PDF that was created from a MS Word doc.  The Word doc has default Arial text and the bullets are default as well.

1 - the text is hard to select just what I want.  I can only select a block of text.

2 - when I paste the text, the font face is changed and the bullets are corrupted.

This is my first test with Nitro and is has failed a very basic use case.  Hopefully it is a configuration problem.
