Nomis 0 Report post Posted July 24, 2019 When scanning from our Xerox 6515 mfp the quality of the scans is poor. I can scan a decent copy using Paperport; I can scan a decent copy on another desktop using Nitro. This desktop has Windows 10, the other is using Windows 7. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro on the Windows 10 machine? Any changes you are aware of before this happened? -The serial number of your Nitro Pro via private by hovering your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. -Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with both machines. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -Creating a new user account on your Windows 10, use it to log in and try scanning again. Did it help? -Do you have the same driver version installed on both Win7 and Win10 machines? Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
