scan preview not working

When I changed to a new computer, I upgraded to Nitro Pro 12.  I had issues with after scanning there was no preview of the scanned document and it was nowhere to be found.  At the time, I thought it was an issue with Windows 10.  Somehow, I got it to work right.  But today, I had to install a new printer/scanner, and am having the same issues again.  I originally had Nitro Pro Version 10 or 11 and it worked so good.  Is there a way to downgrade back to 11 or 12 or can someone please tell me what is the problem?
