Alexander T 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2019 I am experiencing exactly the same issue. I needed to re-install Nitro Pro 12. I have a valid key. When I went to activate it, it gave me the error 23. I went online and deauthorized all of my computers. I went back to Nitro Pro and still can't activate it. Same issue. Can someone help me with this as well? I see no place to enter a support ticket.
