I had a hard drive failure - I had to reinstall my Nitro Pro V12 and now it will not activate.

I am experiencing exactly the same issue.  I needed to re-install Nitro Pro 12.  I have a valid key.  When I went to activate it, it gave me the error 23.  I went online and deauthorized all of my computers.  I went back to Nitro Pro and still can't activate it.  Same issue.

Can someone help me with this as well?  I see no place to enter a support ticket.

-23 Error. Experienced after Win10 1903 update. Deactivation of installations has not resulted in ability to activate Nitro installation, looks like an issue with Activation portal!
