snv 0 Report post Posted July 24, 2019 We recently deactivated and uninstalled Nitro 9 from computers it was not being used one. Our license number is showing that 0 of 2 are being used, but when we type in the license code it says: -23: License number already in use. We've tried restarting, it's been uninstalled, the link we are using to reinstall came directly from Nitro. Any advice?
