Activation and Upgrade to the New 2019 Release

I would like to activate and upgrade my current Nitro pro  to the new 2019 to be released version prior to July 30th discount option. What do I need to do?

I checked your serial number. It is for Nitro Pro 12, our latest version so there is no upgrade available yet.

You can update to the latest version 12 by getting the installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Thank you Leslie. I upgraded to the latest version of the Nitro. But I was offered 65% fee reduction by email for the upcoming Fall 2019 upgrade and I wanted to pre-order it before the July 30th deadline. However, when I went to this linked website:

And entered my serial number , I got the following respond message:

 

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.   

 

What can be done to solve this issue, since my serial number can not be validated through the site for some reason. I have tried the link numerous time and I end up with the same message. Can you help me?
