activate uninstalled programme

Yest again Nitro has gone haywire. I kept ion getting a message "Service does not have enough resources please reinstall". I tried repair with Windows 10 - no solution. I uninstalled the programme but now cant find where to down another copy . The website sends you round in ever decreasing circles. Frankly i have used nitro for years but I am beginning to wonder why, how do I download the software so I can reinstall and activate?

I have downloaded as you suggested and activated the programme as my name appears in top right corner but the programme is frozen. All I see is an hour glass on the screen. If I try and click anywhere the screen goes misty and the box appears saying prog is not working close programme or wait. I waited for 5 mins and no change. I am sorry but this cannot go on like this there is something terribly wrong working with Windows 10

There is a file stuck in the progarmme that says a file has not been saved to DNS server. It then freezes Nitro and I can do nothing. Somehow this filed must be removed from the system. it is a file that the owner will not allow to be saved. Please can you clear the file from Nitro so I can get back to work again
