Can't install Nitro pro 9 to upgrade to v.12

I am not able to re install Nitro pro 9 to be able to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12.

Got the message Installer failled.

You can upgrade to Nitro Pro 12 without installing your Nitro Pro 9 on your machine by by entering your Nitro Pro 9 serial number in our Upgrade Portal: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

You should get a message saying 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to Nitro Pro 12' then click Proceed to Checkout.

Thanks AllainU, i got the following message when entering my serial # in your link.

"We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."

I have checked your account, I can see you have 3 Nitro Pro 9 serial numbers and they all worked after entering in our Upgrade Portal.

To further assist you, kindly provide your 4th Nitro Pro 9 serial number by sending me a private message (hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message').
