CMJ 0 Report post Posted July 28, 2019 I can't figure out how to remove Pro 9 so that all my existing documents will open with the upgraded 12 version without risking loosing all my files saved with Pro 9. Everytime I open a PDF, it opens under the Pro 9 version vs the newly upgraded 12. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You can find instructions here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/default/000004296 You can remove Nitro Pro 9 safely. Files are not saved in the program, they will stay in your computer even if you uninstall Nitro Pro 9. I hope that helps! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
