kjones Posted July 29, 2019 Report Share Posted July 29, 2019 It has been nearly a day and I still haven't gotten a reply back from someone about my issue I submitted a support ticket for. I am not able to deactivate. Nitro Pro 12 shows my product serial number and when it will expire, but not an option to deactivate. The button only says activate. The Knowledge Base refers to a way to deactivate using the command line, but the executable it references does not appear to be present in my installation. I also would like to know my options for deactivating if a computer Nitro Pro has been installed on is no longer accessible to me due to being lost/stolen/destroyed.
