Reactivate Nitro 11 error message about licence already maxed out whilst this is not the case. How to fix?

My Nitro 11 version suddenly reverted back to trial mode which required me to reactivate with our SN. This resulted in an error message that the licence max was reached. I went online to deactivate all our available licences (as I am the only one using Nitro anyway). Then I uninstalled Nitro and tried the SN again, resulting in the same error message that the licence max was reached.

I then reached out to the support team and got a link to try everything again. I then:

  • uninstalled Nitro again
  • deleted the Temp files in the temp folder just to be sure
  • double checked that all our licences were deactivated
  • reinstalled Nitro again.
  • Then trying to register my SN, it AGAIN told me that I have reached the max number of licences. I am out of options now. Help.

Hello @Malay,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
