License not working

Hi Nitro Support,

I inherited a licence from one of the employees in my company who is no longer here. The IT team passed the serial # to me but it doesn't seem to work. The error message I receive says that the version of the program does not match the serial entered. I believe they were on Nitro Pro 12 as am I, but I could be wrong. Would you be able to tell me what version of Nitro the serial belongs to you if PM'd it to you?
