Zdtain 0 Report post Posted August 1, 2019 Hi I have a client experiencing the exact same issue. 4 New windows 10 machines and all 4 users have the issue. The machines were not imaged and the PDF files print correctly in other PDF Viewers. Nitro Version: 12.16.3.574 Windows 10 Pro 10.0.17763
AllainU 0 Report post Posted August 1, 2019 Hello @Zdtain, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened? -The serial number of your Nitro Pro. To send me a private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. -Are the users printing to a physical printer? Is it physically connected to on one machine or it is a network/shared printer? Does it have the latest software / driver installed? What is the make / model of your printer? -Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

PJA 1 Report post Posted August 20, 2019 Dear AllainU, I am printing from a physical printer, via a network, which is shared. i do have the latest software installed 12.0.0.112 Printer is a RICOH MP C2004ex. Yes, it happens with every file that has pictures in it. Nitro is selected as the default printer. I have printed it with a Brother HL-L2350DW series and it came out OK, and with this i could make copies with the RICOH. Samples attached of what the print looks like, as well as the original file. thank you! https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ueoHBCesjlq8GUQ7K0zhYYgyCcwQWM4f?usp=sharing
AllainU 0 Report post Posted August 20, 2019 Hello @PJA, Thank you for this information. For me to better assist you on troubleshooting this issue, could you please change your Ricoh Printing Preference > Detailed Settings > Print Quality > Advanced > From Vector to Raster > Apply? If above setting did not help, could you please try the following as well?: -Set Nitro Pro as the default PDF viewer -Uninstall and reinstall your Ricoh driver -Install custom drivers from the Ricoh website: http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/nrg1/model/mpc2004ex/mpc2004ex.htm Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
