TomWrigglesworth
Hello, We have a user that is trying to print to a network printer from a terminal server desktop. Regardless of printer or document, the printer queues don't react at all. Other users printing the same document to the same printer have no issues. We have removed the printers and re-added them and this made no issue. No changes have been made to the infrastructure which could have caused this. Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted August 7, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted August 7, 2019 Hello @TomWrigglesworth, Thanks for reaching out to us! A few questions so we can troubleshoot: - What exact build of Nitro Pro are you using? You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro. - I cannot locate your account, can you send me via direct message your serial number so I can check? Looking forward to your response.

Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted August 8, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted August 8, 2019 Hello @TomWrigglesworth, Thanks for sending the key. I checked and you have a single-user license. You mentioned it is installed on a terminal server, is that correct? If so, in order to install and make Nitro Pro work properly on a server, you will need a server license in addition to a compatible setup. Alternatively, you may want to check the latest build for Nitro Pro 11 or try out Nitro Pro 12. Both installers can be found here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Cheers!
