I currently have Nitro 11, and will be installing Nitro 12, and need to upgrade my license. I will also be purchasing another license for this program as well. Upon checking your serial number, our record shows it is for Nitro Pro 12 that you purchased lasy 7th of December, 2018. This is the reason why our Upgrade Portal is not allowing you to upgrade.
