Nitro Pro keeps going into trial mode

Hello, 

We have been trying to transfer our Nitro pro account to another computer. However, it keeps going into trial mode. We have already tried  the license portal and it worked temporarily. It keeps going back to trail mode after a while. So how can we permanently deactivate it from one computer and reactivate it on the other without using the portal on here.
