John jbc Posted August 7, 2019 Report Share Posted August 7, 2019 Version 1.2.0.0.112 Hello, there are some pdf files that I have that open extremely slow and if I wait until they do open and click print, the printer stops responding. Other files open immediately without an issue. My colleagues can open the pdf files that I have trouble with without issue with 1.1.0.7.425 I am running Windows 10 and have tried compatibility back to Win 7 and no difference. Thank you. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened? -The serial number of your Nitro Pro. To send me a private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. -Please send us a sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. -Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you are trying to open?
