Vitaliy
One of our users is creating PDF's from Powerpoint. It adds in a margin at the top and bottom of the PDF. It does not do so if you do this with Adobe PDF. I do not see anything in the settings to get rid of the margins. How can we get rid of these? In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -Does this happen with every PowerPoint file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted August 9, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted August 9, 2019 Hello @Vitaliy, What is the paper dimension of the PowerPoint file prior to converting to PDF? By default our Nitro PDF Creator is set to use Letter (8.5" x 11") so you would need to create a Custom Form as shown in this screenshot before converting your PowerPoint document to PDF. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
Vitaliy
It was set to 11x17. I added that size like you said and it worked. Thank you for the help!
