Switched computer need to download Nitro 10 to new computer

Hi I just switched to a new computer and need to download Nitro 10 to new computer. I know my serial number but cannot figure out how to get the download and then activate.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 10?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Thank you for sending the serial number.

To reinstall your Nitro Pro 10, you may use our offline installers below:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_105914/en/burn/nitro_pro10_ba_x64.msi 
x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_105914/en/burn/nitro_pro10_ba_x86.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and entering your serial number.

I was unable to install because the Nitro Install Wizard was unable to run. The wizard opened up but then an error message popped up and would not let me install.

Hello @JimL,

My apologies for this inconvenience.

Are you installing on Windows 10? If yes, could you please check if you have a hidden 'WindowsApps' folder inside C:\Program Files directory?

If you do not have that hidden folder, are you receiving the error message 'Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed'?
