Michael Pafias Posted August 9, 2019 Report Share Posted August 9, 2019 I followed all necessary steps to get the serial number from my old machine. Then deactivated NitroPro 12 from my old machine. I then downloaded NitroPro 12 to my new machine and submitted the serial number for activation. It told me it was activated but now is still showing as a "Trial Mode". How can I fix this? In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -After activating, did you machine just installed a major Windows Update then it reverted to trial? -The serial number of your Nitro Pro.
