Deactivation after hard drive replacement

I have just had my hard replaced because it was failing and causing BOS, now my Nitro PDF is requesting activation, however the website is asking me to request a deactivation beforehand, only problem is I cant see how to do this? i don't have premium so the online ticket request doesn't work.
