Jer8250 Posted August 11, 2019 Report Share Posted August 11, 2019 My computer(#1) has developed hardware problems and I wanted to move PDF PRO to another laptop (#2). I deactivated it on laptop 1and tried to activate on laptop 2 but got the 23 Error "License already in use". I used the License activator portal which showed I had 1 active licenses and allowed 2 (which I didn't know) until then. After deactivating using the portal, I tried re-activating on laptop 2 and continued to receive the same error, I have version 220.127.116.11 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
