update nitro pro 10 to 12 on a new PC

My old PC with a valid installation of Nitro 10 pro crashed.

Now I would like to install Nitro 12 on my new PC by making an upgrade to 12, by using the old nitro 10 Seriel Number.

I found no way to do it and when I try to install the old nitro_10pro10.exe I get an error message.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, you are no longer required to install Nitro Pro 10 to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12.

If you are interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 12 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade and enter your v10 serial number.

Upon checking your records, what you purchased is Nitro Pro 13 that will be released this coming fall (September). You should then receive another email with the new serial number.

In the meantime, please reinstall your Nitro Pro 11 on your machine using our direct installers below:

x32-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and entering your old serial number.
