Jonathan Crump 0 Report post Posted August 12, 2019 I am currently trying Nitro out and every time I try to print a scanned document that has been marked up, Nitro just crashes while the Printing progress box is at 1%. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -What is the make / model of your printer? Does it use the latest PCL or PostScript driver? -Have you tried printing to a different printer? Did the program crash? -Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
