I unhid WindowsApps folder, but still the script takeown /F etc does not work. Really annoyed that my Nitro Pro 10 can't be installed on my new laptop, can't afford to upgrade. Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy As a courtesy, do you have MS Office installed on your Windows 10 that was purchased from Microsoft MarketPlace? If yes, could you please try uninstalling it, install Nitro Pro 10 and reinstall MS Office? How did it go? When you run commands in our KB article kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000003265 , did you receive any error message? I'm frustrated because I like Nitro Pro, use it a lot but can't afford to upgrade every time. Some people say small business, I say micro business. I don't use MS Office, I use Open Office.
