Windows 10, Nitro Pro 10. Install failed

I have same issue.

Windows 10, Nitro Pro 10. Install failed.

I unhid WindowsApps folder, but still the script takeown /F etc does not work.

Really annoyed that my Nitro Pro 10 can't be installed on my new laptop, can't afford to upgrade.

Have tp go back to Adobe Acrobat

Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy 

As a courtesy, do you have MS Office installed on your Windows 10 that was purchased from Microsoft MarketPlace? If yes, could you please try uninstalling it, install Nitro Pro 10 and reinstall MS Office? How did it go?

When you run commands in our KB article kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000003265 , did you receive any error message? Providing a screenshot of the error message would be very helpful.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I'm frustrated because I like Nitro Pro, use it a lot but can't afford to upgrade every time. Some people say small business, I say micro business.

I don't use MS Office, I use Open Office.

Here's a screenshot of the error message.


(easiest way I could get it a URL)

(and thanks for giving it a go even though support is no longer officially available)
