Deactivating unused licenses

We recently migrated our PCs to Windows 10 and moved out Nitro seats over. It shows that we are maxed out on seats. I entered our SN into the portal but it only tells us to contact support. I'd like to see what machines we have in there so I can remove them and activate the proper ones.
