firm that it's eligible. how to upgrade for this serial.

Upon checking your records, I can see you purchased a Nitro Pro 12 already last June.

Are you planning to upgraded to Nitro Pro 13 that will be released on September?

Otherwise, you may install your Nitro Pro 12 using below direct links:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and entering your serial number.

Unfortunately, the pre-order for Nitro Pro 13 already ended last 31st of July.

If you are interested in upgrading your Nitro Pro 12 to Nitro Pro 13, please wait for its release this coming fall (no exact ETA at the moment).
