Ryan1234 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2019 Probably not the right place to post this but I've struggled to even get here...We currently are using Nitro Reader 5 and some of our files will not open saying we need to have Reader 6 or better. When I check for updates I get an error saying that "There was a problem connecting to the update service" We do not use Pro we just use the Free version of the Reader. Is that not longer supported?
