Peter Clarke Posted August 14, 2019 Report Share Posted August 14, 2019 I want to update my Nitrocloud email account address but when I enter the new address via the account details update section. it tells me that the email address is already in use and can't be saved and to contact support but of course I don't know how to access support directly. Everything seems to take me to forums such as this. I have tried to log into Nitrocloud using the new email address that I want to use but I can't remember if the password if there is one. When I click reset password, it says a password resert email has been sent to that address but I never received that email. It's very frustrating.
