Nitro printing to Ricoh Printer Redacted

Hi

A few people in our organisation are finding that when printing to a Ricoh 501 the documents are being redacted. The documents seem fine during print preview and no settings have been placed onto Nitro. If our users print to the other Ricoh printer (Ricoh 3053) or use Adobe to print its coming out fine.

Any Ideas?

For me to better assist you on troubleshooting this issue, could you please change your Ricoh Printing Preference > Detailed Settings > Print Quality > Advanced > From Vector to Raster > Apply?

If above setting did not help, could you please try the following as well?:
-Set Nitro Pro as the default PDF viewer
-Uninstall and reinstall your Ricoh driver
-Install custom drivers from the Ricoh website: http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/rc3/model/mp501spf/mp501spf.htm

Thank you for your quick response. I can confirm changing the printing preference to raster has resolved the issue.
