Documents Saved in Nitro 12 are too big

I saved a 65 page document in Nitro PDF 12 (windows.)   It must have bookmarks and be searchable due to court requirements.  The file ended up being 34,000 KB so I can 't upload it, so I need to reduce it but cannot figure out how. 

I googled it and found this link below but none of the first three options worked and the fourth eliminates the bookmarks.  I know it can be done as the folks at OneLegal reduced it for me. But I need to know how.  Thanks! Ed

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened?
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Please send us the original file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message (hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message') so I can replicate it on my end.
