My Nitro Pro has gone to trial mode cannot reactivate

I have had NITRO PRO12 for about 1 year, it has reverted to trial mode with 3 days left before it closes down.

I have tried to reactivate but a message says I can update 0 devices and there is no other help.

I need this resolved today please

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

I am experiencing the same problems. I purchased Nitro Pro in February 2019 yet it now says i have one day of a free trial left, how can this be?

 

Can anyone help?

I think I finally have success.

I got a message to say it is reactivated so cross fingers.
