Pipeman 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2019 (edited) Hi, I need to print on 11x17 but Nitro locks me into 8.5x11. I checked marked the use PDF default page size option and adjusted the printer preferences but I can only print 8.5x11. Also when trying to print this way Nitro crashes. Is there a solution? In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -Are you printing to PDF Creator or to a physical printer? -When the program crashes, are you printing to a physical printer? If yes, what is the make / model of your printer? What type of printer driver are you using? Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
