Several issues with Nitro Pro 12 on Windows 7

1.  Nitro Pro Add-In in Outlook - when converting email to PDF get "An unknown error occcurred"

2.  Same as the above for Word

3.  Nitro Pro Add-In in Excel - when converting to sheet to PDF get "Invalid File Content"

4.  Nitro Pro add in Word or Excel - when trying to email PDF "unknown error and MAPISendMail Failed!  A specified attachment was not found [11]

5.  Nitro does not show up as a print/save to option when trying to covert documents to PDF

Need help in resolving.
