Deactivated, received a 155 character code - how do I re-activate?

I'm helping a fellow employee.  We needed to move his Nitro Pro install to a new computer.  I went through the deactivation process and was given a very long(155 character) code.  I took a screenshot of the users Serial number before deactivation.

1) Nitro Pro won't accept the serial number

2) What am I supposed to do with that very long numeric code?
