PG-13 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2019 Hello, I am trying to evaluate Nitro Pro 12 for my organization. After running the installer with admin privileges, the installer won't go past 0% download and errors out with the message "Something is blocking Nitro from proceeding. Error occur when resolving resources" What exactly is the installer doing when it attempts to download the software? I suspect it is retrieving files via FTP, which is blocked by our firewall. Assuming that's the case, are there any other options for installation? Changing firewall rules to permit the traffic is extremely unlikely. If I'm wrong in that assumption, what is going on behind the scenes here that can help me troubleshoot the installation problems? Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
