InternetActivate number already used :23 :error:Execution Error - License

My old Win 10 will now not boot - some weird Microsoft thing. I recovered my data for a new Win10 64 PC, found my nitro_pdf_professional6_ocr_x64.exe file and installed it.

When I try to activate it with my serial number I get " "InternetActivate number already used :23 :error:Execution Error - License"

I cannot deactivate my old installation and get from Nitro:

Serial Number    xxxx...
Version    6
Status    InActive
Number of Activations    0
Number of Activations Allowed    0

How can I activate PDF Nitro 6 OCR on my new PC?
