Brian Brooks 0 Report post Posted August 16, 2019 I have a user that is using Nitro Pro 6 x64. They were recently migrated from Windows 7 64-bit to Windows 10 64-bit. The Nitro printer installed without difficulty on Windows 7, but it will not install in Windows 10. I get a message about the driver not being digitally signed; and if I get past that I get a message that it is not an x64-compatible driver. The user states that they need Nitro 6 with the Nitro PDF printer for departmental workflows. Is there an update or workaround to get he Nitro 6 printer working in Windows 10? AllainU 0 Report post Posted August 16, 2019 Hello @Brian Brooks, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy And please note that Nitro Pro 6 was not tested with Windows 10 because the latter was not yet available during that time. As a courtesy and as work-around, please try installing our stand-alone PDF Creator 10 using below offline link: 64-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/en/enterprise/Nitro_Creator_x64.msi Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
