nitro pro 12 & 11 not accepting my key

Hello I just changed computers and I've trying to install nitro pro 11 in my new computer but it just stops , I install your latest version and does not accept my key because of versions....

I am struggling with this. trying to get the nitro pro 11 to work but just closes installation by an error and closes the set up.. 

How can I use my liscence if I cant install the old version in it. 

here is the liscence : 23460x-xxxxxx-xxxxxx
