My v11 of Nitro became a trial all the sudden

My v11 of Nitro became a trial all the sudden. I have purchased v12 so that I can get some deliverables completed asap.

v12 won't install. v11 won't uninstall. Both fail halfway through the process.

I'm running out of time - please help me get either version back up and running as soo as possible.

I found my old v11 code, deactivated it, and reactivated in help, so v11 works now.

Would be great to get a v12 refund, or help setting it up because it won't install.
