If your users prefer opening PDFs through the program itself, please refer to the following steps: a. Close your Internet Explorer and any related programs. b. Open Nitro Pro. c. Click on the Help tab > Support Tools > Browser Plug-ins d. Make sure the box next to "Display PDF files within IE using Nitro" is un-checked > Click Update Plugin. e. Open Internet Explorer, go to " Tools > Manage Add-Ons" f. Under All Add-Ons and Run without permissions, ensure that the NitroPDF.IE.ActiveDoc is disabled. g.
