Purchased NitroPro, but it opens in Trial Mode

I purchased Nitro Pro in March - 5 months ago - but now every time I open Nitro Pro, I get a notice to activate, buy now, or continue to free trial, even after logging in.  I can't find my account information anywhere online, but I have the confirmation email I received in March.  What is the deal?  I paid for this thing, and I don't want to lose access to the features I paid for in 8 days!
