Becki Powell Posted August 21, 2019 Report Share Posted August 21, 2019 I purchased Nitro Pro in March - 5 months ago - but now every time I open Nitro Pro, I get a notice to activate, buy now, or continue to free trial, even after logging in. I can't find my account information anywhere online, but I have the confirmation email I received in March. What is the deal?
