Eran Blecher
1st Question: I recently purchased a license but am not sure if it's good for more than one machine Is there a way to find out by the serial number? 2nd Question: Is there a difference between the two download links for the Nitro Pro software. I mean one link is called 'Free Download' while the other one is the one I received with the purchase. If I want to switch the activation I did from one machine of mine to another, is it possible and what download link shall I use?
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted August 22, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted August 22, 2019 Hello @EBFH, You purchased a single-user license for Nitro Pro 12. You can install on a primary computer and also a secondary computer. This is to allow you access to our product whilst you are away from your primary installation. If you need to install on third or more computers you would need to purchase additional licenses. Updated installers can be found here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Please let me know if you have other questions. Eran Blecher
Following the discussion above, I recently had to do a clean-install of the OS on the disk where the primary installation was installed. Since the disk had failed, I couldn't do a deactivation on time. Therefore, now, when I come to install and active the program on the new OS, I get the message that I have reached the maximum number of installation allowed for my license. Is there a way Nitro, from their end, can activate the primary installation? Note: Since my initial post on the topic, back in 2019 (see above), I also purchased an upgrade to version 13.
