Been working for many years with Nitro, yesterday's upgrade to 12 has so far given me 3 issues! Main one is the stamps now rotating. I have 12.16.3.574 Any suggestions? After checking my resources, kindly note that this issue will be placed on the long-term product roadmap, so unfortunately, there is no short-term solution for it. In the meantime, I recommend creating your stamp from an image with other information you want to use. Please be aware that Nitro typically has multiple releases throughout the year. Apology for the inconvenience is fine, however, I use multiple time dated custom stamps for my business daily so the image option will not help. Version 11 worked fine so will have to revert to that to keep working. Are you able to get sales to contact me for a refund until Nitro resolve this issue? Martin Waterman Posted August 26, 2019 Author Report Share Posted August 26, 2019 Hello Allain, Need a bit of help please. I have deactivated V12 on one of my devices then tried to activate V11 again and I get message about licences exceeded? I have had two devices in the past crash/die with licences on board, maybe this has something to do with it? I basically need to activate two versions of V11 one on my desktop and one on my surface Pro. Reluctant to deactivate my V12 desktop until this issue is resolved.
