Nitro crashes when attempting to print to TASKalfa 5551ci

I am have the exact same issue with the 1% crash.

My Nitro Pro build is: 12.16.3.574

The printer I am using is a Kyocera TASKalfa 5551ci (using KX driver - Version 7.4.1525.0)

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, what Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) your user is working with?

You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Thank you for this information.

To further troubleshoot, could you please uninstall 12.16, reboot your machine and install 12.14 using below offline installers?:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12140558/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12140558/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and entering your serial number.

The after that, please try printing again to your Kyocera printer.
