Unable to properly export internal links from excel files in Nitro pro

So after much googling, I finally found that the online excel to pdf converter tool (https://www.exceltopdfonline.com/) from Nitro was my only solution for having the internal links in my excel files intact even after converting it into a pdf file. The links were working well but while converting it online i had an error in my PDF because of the data slicer in my pivot chart. So i went ahead and downloaded the 14 day trial for nitro pro and attempted to do the same offline. I am still getting some problems n the PDF file. The links are not created in the PDF even though i have the checked the box for converting links.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It would be really great to hear any solutions beacuse there is literally no other way to create PDFs with internal links from Excel.
