Not connecting to internet or cloud

In order for me to further assist you, could you please checking the following on the affected machine?:
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Are you able to connect to Nitro Cloud using a web browser by accessing https://cloud.gonitro.com
-Do you have a proxy in your network? Or do you have any firewall software enabled?
-Do you see the 'Login' link below X button at the upper-right-corner of the program?

Could you please confirm you are receiving a 401 error message when opening your Nitro Pro 13?

How often does it happen and how are you connected to the Internet, via LAN or Wifi?

Basically every time I open the program. I get it telling me I can't login. I'm connecting through wifi.

Thanks for sharing this information.

We've received the commentary from a handful of users and we are working to release an update to Nitro Pro 13 in the short term which should resolve this error messages.

The error is related to Nitro attempting to gain access to Cloud services and tends to occur when users leave Nitro Pro 13 idle for a while.

If you continue to encounter this error, kindly close - relaunch Nitro and log back in.

To further assist you, please download and install Nitro Pro 13.22 using below offline installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13220414/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13220414/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After updating to the latest build, please try again by clicking Request Signature button.
