Scott Jones
We have NitroPDF 11 running on a Windows 2008 R2 server that had Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 installed already. Is there any compatibility issues with the two coexisting on the same server? I have not used it much but my end users have noted that the system seems to get "confused" about which program to run for creating PDFs and reading PDFs. Uninstalling Acrobat is probably the best solution but that would require a server reboot which is a hassle with the number of users. Any info on this would be much appreciated. Official Nitronaut Eli R. Posted January 19, 2017 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 19, 2017 Hi Scott, Thanks for posting to our Community forums! There is no inherent issue with having both products on your server. However, when it comes to your main PDF viewer, you may need to change the defaults so that one product doesn't involve the other. Thanks for checking in!
