Missing Tool Bar and Ribbon

Hi, 

I have user with missing Tool Bar and Ribbon in Nitro PDF Pro v11.0.8.470. I tried ALT + F shortcut but nothing shows up. Reinstallation wont help either.  

It works on other profiles on the machine. Tried solution from other topic: 

But issue is still same. 

Have you any other ideas how to fix it?
