Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed

Hi, I have a paid maintained version of Nitro Pro. Was running version 12.6.1.298 which I wanted to upgrade to latest version 12.16.3.574. So I uninstalled the current version and downloaded the latest version from here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads.

Now when I go to install the latest version I always get this error: "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed".

So now I'm without a working copy of Nitro Pro.

Please assist asap.

With all respect....    I had already tried the steps in this Doc "Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely.docx" before I posted Topic to this Forum but without any luck.

Might work if I can download the MSI version of the NitroPDF Pro installation file (V12).  Any idea where I find this?
